- In the ”Business” drop down menu, select the option “Quotes” and click “New Quote”
- Enter the name of the customer you’re sending the quote to, the details of the quote pertaining to the customers needs and enter a description for each line.
- To add the GoGenerosity Pay-it-forward Donation option, under the “Item” column, add in “GoGen:GoGenerosity”
- Selecting this will auto-populate the remaining information that we have set up in Steps One and Two into the remaining columns.
- Under the ”Unit Price” column, this is where you enter the agreed upon pay-it-forward donation your customer has chosen to donate.
- Next, click “Send Quote” and send the quote to your selected customer(s), or “Save” to review and send as an invoice
