Customer Support will ask you to create a gift card every one to three months, depending on how quickly your pay-it-forward balance is growing. The amount will be based on the value of the paid-it-forwards you have received since your last distribution.
Once you create the gift card and send it to our team at support@gogenerosity.com, GoGenerosity will then send your gift card to your charity partner with all the necessary details. The charity will redeem, typically within two weeks.
