How do I distribute my goods?

Once a month Customer Support will ask you to create a voucher. The amount will be based on the amount you have been paid forward since your previous voucher.

If your e-commerce store is with Rocketspark it is important that you create and code your vouchers as instructed in this guide. 

GoGenerosity will send your voucher to your charity partner with all the necessary details. The charity will redeem, typically within two weeks.
