How can I update my card details

For Shopify customers using our legacy billing platform (Stripe), please email support@gogenerosity.com. Our team will enable the GoGenerosity billing option in your Shopify Admin so you can activate a new subscription. Your old subscription will then be deactivated.

For all other non Shopify customers, invoice emails include a link to update your credit card details. If you need further help please contact us at support@gogenerosity.com.
