# Do we pick up goods, or do businesses deliver?

Typically charities pick up from businesses. 

This is so that the business can offer their products and services in the most efficient and sustainable way. Where businesses have existing delivery services this can be an option for distributions.

When you receive a voucher for an e-commerce store you can redeem this on their store. You will have to cover the small shipping fee, however these can be delivered straight to you or to your chosen recipient.
